The Crowning Jewel of Austin
Nestled in the heart of downtown Austin lies one of the most iconic buildings in the state of Texas. With it’s red granite exterior and white Limestone interior, the Texas State Capitol Building is a massive European-style building (it’s the only capitol that’s taller than our nation’s capitol building in Washington DC) that stands in stark contrast to the modern skyscrapers around it. Without even a thought about politics, the Texas State Capitol Building is a beautiful piece of architecture that provides more than enough to pull inspiration from.

The dial
The warm white base of the dial has a sandy texture that shines in the sunlight. This color is pulled from the white Texas limestone that adorns the interior of the capitol.
The teal and blue of the numerals and the hands bring a touch of subtle cool color that balances against the warm white. You can find these colors in many places of the capitol, most notably at the very top of the dome.
The earthy orange of the seconds hand, minute markers and leather strap is inspired by the rough granite of the exterior of the capitol building. It provides a perfect contrast to the white and brings that pop of color to bring the watch together.
The case back
Each unit of the special Owners Batch are engraved with “Owners Batch” and the unit number on the case back. Because of the limited quantity, specific numbers cannot be requested and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
In the center of the crystal on the case back, the Texas Star can be found. This mirrors the star design that is found in the center of the dome of the Capitol Building.
The strap
The strap is a beautifully soft Italian leather with a rich brown town to match the seconds hand color. As we did with the Crossroads Season Two, the inside of the strap is adorned with an intricate pattern. This time it contains the motif of a yellow rose—a unique piece of Texas lore.
This strap is only available with the purchase of a Capitol Edition watch.
The bracelet
Don’t forget to add on a bracelet to your order. These stunning bracelets are custom made specifically for the Crossroads watch, and give the watch an entirely new feel. Some features:

Shipping
The Capitol Edition “Owners Batch” units will be shipped at the end of September (we’re just waiting on the straps to be completed!).
Once sold out, a general preorder will begin for the Capitol Edition (without the “Owners Batch” elements). These will go into production immediately and are scheduled to ship in mid-late January 2025.
As always, shipping for all watch orders is free, but we do not cover any import fees that you may face.
